Hooray, fun in the sun. New colour scheme makes me happy. Not much to say about this one, just that Sai is, in fact, leaving – he’s not “Councillor Jiao”, as will be made abundantly clear in the next page.

Well, I guess she does have a tendency to “give people the shits”, to use a local colloquialism. :p
