Pfffff action scenes, why do I write these things. I think this may actually be the hardest page I’ve ever drawn, and that stupid train two pages ago was pretty difficult. Just thumbnailing it was kind of a nightmare. No grids for wacky panel sizes. D: But hey, first Wednesday update! This is pretty cool. Awright. *sunglasses* —

CCA, guys! C’monnnn.

Hey guys guess what good newwwws. I mean, if you like reading the comic, that is, though hopefully that’s a given if you’re already down here in the news post. Red Moon Rising is switching to a Monday/Wednesday/Friday update schedule!Effective immediately! So, you know… extra updates for everyone. Considering most technical problems should be behind me (this computer is amazing) this seemed like the best time to kick up the ol’ update schedule. Plus hopefully it makes up for that whole missed update last week. See you all on Wednesday! Also, poor Saiamar, always getting manhandled. —

The CCA is still going! Donations are accepted until the 24th and as I said, it’s a good cause, so go on.

Firstly, and most importantly, you might recall last year that myself and a lot of other webcomic creators donated a piece of art towards a charity initiative, the Comic Creators Alliance in order to raise money for charities that are trying to prevent human trafficking. The CCA is running again this year, and you get a bitching wallpaper if you donate:

It’s a good cause, folks, so I really hope you’ll consider donating. —Finally the first proper update of the new year. Monday was a bit of a disaster, since I didn’t have a working computer I could actually draw the page on until Wednesday. I’ve been working on this page since the new computer got up and running yesterday afternoon. It turned out to be a real bitch though, since technical objects like trains are really not my forté, and I ended hurting my wrist a bit trying to get this done in a timely fashion. On the plus side the new computer is completely amazing and made the whole process much, much easier than it would have been. My old wireless card doesn’t work under Windows 7 so it has no internet just yet, but otherwise I am so pleased. Hopefully all these technology induced page delays are a thing of the past now. Fingers crossed. D:

Perspective! It does my head in sometimes. Still, I got to draw a tree in there, so I guess I’m fine with it. My desktop broke today! Again, I know. Fortunately I started on this early enough (and saved frequently enough) that it’s done on time for once, despite the new heap of technical difficulties. Some of my RAM died and my desktop is barely useable for making the comic with, so… On the plus side, I’ve ordered a new computer. On the negative side, I think I needed that money for food. ohh welll
